The rising indie-pop four piece from The Lake District premiere their new single ‘Glamour’ exclusively on The VLM ahead of their busy string of festival dates.

Originating from the quaint town of Penrith in Cumbria, Grace’s cinematic brand of pop rock could not be contained in such a rural environment. The band moved to Sheffield a year ago and have since set their sites on showcasing their music to a wider audience.

Graces have previously shared bills with Feeder, The Sherlocks and The Amazons, but are now destined to forge their own path and take 2017’s festival season by storm.

Their colourful combination of distorted guitars and huge hooks ooze style while lyrically emulating both the exuberance and reality of growing up in the UK.

“‘Glamour’ is about small town life and wanting to be reckless like James Dean,” says songwriter and vocalist Stephen Harrison.

It’s about spending most of your time in your imagination and being tired of a dull reality.

‘Glamour’ premieres in time for their UK summer festival bill and is officially released on 28 July 2017. Check out the new single, and where you can hear it live below:
