Since The VLM was born out of the bosom of music-loving friends 18 months ago, Courts have been at the forefront of new music we’ve promoted. Perhaps it’s their ability to make class A bangers or the fact they’re so openly honest about the difficulties of trying to squeeze into a cramped pop-driven music industry, but every track they put out receives maximum rotations from us. ‘Any of Us’ is their latest instalment and it doesn’t disappoint.

Previous Track of the Week ‘Feel My Love’ was packed with positive energy and hippie-loving groove and ‘Any of Us’ carries on the bouncy riffs with frontman Chris’ vocals getting tighter by each verse. As the first artist to receive our Track of the Week twice, continued support from rocket man Elton John and being snapped up by Kitsuné, it’s surely only a matter of time before Courts can put plan into action and deliver a full-length fit for bitter-sweet nostalgia.
