The Warehouse Project (WHP) in Manchester has confirmed it is to reopen with a string of shows later this year with Nile Rogers and Chic kicking off the 2021 series on 17 September.

The WHP has announced details of its first six shows and confirmed it will continue with shows through to New Year’s Day.

Joining Nile Rogers on Chic on the 17 September will be the likes of Horse Meat Disco, House Gospel Choir, and Craig Charles.

In later shows, Sub Focus, Eric Prydz, The Blessed Madonna, Peggy Gou, Carl Cox, Skream, and many more, will be making appearances. See below for the full list of announced artists heading to Manchester later this year.

The annual sequence of live music and club nights was cancelled last year due to the pandemic.

“The Warehouse Project’s 2021 season marks the long-awaited return to the dancefloor that everyone has been waiting for: a return to music, to dancing and to weekends,” a WHP press release said. “Defining moments and shared experiences with everyone under one roof again for a full-spectrum of music and cultural immersion.”

The WHP was initially started as a joint venture by Greater Manchester’s Night Time Economy Advisor Sacha Lord and Sam Kandel in 2006. Unlike most other clubs, WHP is a series of club nights with a limited seasonal approach, rather than running all year.

General sale tickets for The WHP 2021 will go on sale from 10am on Thursday, 27 May, with the full WHP 2021 line-up set to be announced over the coming weeks.
